[DhtmlXQ_comment0]本局结论多有争议。目前的结论是和棋，但仍有许多变化未尽。||||宋安国先生整理该局的历史：||此局最早似出现在清朝中叶（清1636~1911），这从古谱《蕉竹斋》的形成中可知。此谱系民间排局整理汇集而成，原手抄流传，因此各种抄本局数、局名等互有出入，已知的抄本有五种之多。不过，“八”局不是每种抄本都有的。||　　　 1927年出版的《象棋谱大全•象局汇存》刊有此局。||　　　 1948年12月林幼如主编的《象棋月刊》有“讧湖秘谱蕉竹斋介绍 ......是书向无刻本".该刊介绍过谱内的《小七星》、《反七星》等局，并未介绍过“八”局。无该刊的棋友可参见1991年6月出版的《蕉竹斋象棋谱》的“诠注者的话”。||　　　1976年秋，福建魏子丹先生在棋友处意外发现蕉谱，该谱系1910年手抄本，他与其他几位棋友先整理成油印本，分上下两册取名《蕉竹斋汇编》，后干1988.11完成该谱的诠注工作，1990.11在福州出版.||　　　上世纪九十年代至今出版的蕉谱诠注本有六种之多，请参见《蕉竹斋象棋谱》的“前言”。有的刊有“八”，有的未刊，福州版就未刊“八”局。||　　 上世纪八十年代起刊有“八” 局棋谱有近10种，如《中国象棋流行排局选》等，但都认为是和局。||　　 1992牟第1期《象棋研究》，杨官璘将“八” 局诠正为红先胜局。1998年6冃《象棋》“棋局创作” 里，他将“八” 的二。四位红车移至二。一位（其实并不影响着法），也是红先胜局。　棋人无异疑。||　　 1995年第4期《棋海新友》“古谱新诠” 栏，提出黑方加1.3位象，“八” 局可和。同年此局在江南棋摊颇为流行。2011.6出版的《江湖残局（一）》也刊有此局。||“八“局加一黑卒，我最早见于台湾出的《古今象棋残局新编》第一集（初版是中华民国69年2月，即1980年2月），在4，6位加一黑卒，（漏印了三，一位红相），成和局。||1985年12月出版的《江湖残局》，将“八“在3,5位加一黑卒，成和局||又，将“八“局在8,8位加一黑卒，也可和，请见《江湖排局精解》和《街头棋摊揭秘》（王首成编著）。[/DhtmlXQ_comment0]
