[DhtmlXQ_comment0] 局名解释：“马踏实地”由成语“脚踏实地”引用而来。原比喻研究学问必须刻苦努力，切实下功夫。用于下棋则称“马踏实地”。|| 宋代著名的历史学家司马光是陕州夏县(今属山西)谏水乡人。我国第一部年体通史《资治通鉴》，就是他主编的。在编撰此书过程中，司马光刻苦钻研，努力写作，有时写作到深夜，天不亮又起来了。司马光恐怕睡得过久而耽误写作，特制做||了一个圆木“警枕”，枕转而觉，不让自己睡稳。他写作态度十分认真，文章严紧，其中唐代部分，原有六百卷之多，最后定稿，精简为八十卷。全书包括上起战国，下至五代共一千三百六十多年的历史。|| 据传说：全书完成后，在洛阳存放的废稿、残稿，就堆了满满两间屋子。司马光辛勤认真的治学态度，受到人们的赞扬，当时的哲学家邵雍称赞他是:“脚踏实地”的实干家，确是当之无愧。|| 马踏实地比喻了红马在此局中作出的重大贡献，是此局成和的决定因素。[/DhtmlXQ_comment0]
